Kaden's Birthday Party

We had Kaden's Birthday Party today at a park near our house. Thankfully the weather cooperated, and although it was a bit breezy, it was warm in the sun. Kaden was so excited for the party and squealed when he saw his friends. He thoroughly enjoyed his cupcake and ice cream and chips, too. Here are some pics of his day.

Kaden is with his friends Sophia and Colin here. I'm really good friends with their mom, Angela. She also does in-home daycare in our neighborhood so we see each other a lot. I will miss her a lot when we move, and Kaden will miss Sophia and Colin immensely.

Determination -- we had the yellow plastic pool over the green turtle sandbox lid and Kaden really wanted to play. On his own he moved both coverings and got in!







One of Kaden's friends couldn't be at his party, so he brought his birthday present early last week during playgroup. Kaden was super excited about an early present!
