There is a toddler website that Kaden really enjoys playing. It has various ABC, colors, shapes, animal sound games that he likes, even though he already knows those things! The other day we were playing the animal sounds one and he would guess wrong (on purpose) and then tell me "noooo" and shake his head. It was cute! Here's a video of it.

Birthday Boy and others
Kaden loves riding in the backpack to go through the woods and take Talgee swimming. He enjoys finding rocks of all sizes and throwing them into the water, which really confuses Talgee because she can't "retrieve" the rock. We will really miss being a 15 min walk from the woods, lakes, and quietness. Here are some pics of the day.

The morning after his birthday party. He got this cool ABC floor puzzle, but really wanted to hold D. He wasn't happy when I told him no

After dinner he got some ice cream, which he loved, and got to eat with a big-person spoon!

His Birthday Day
Breakfast
Snack of a Mickey sucker (from Christmas)
Lately he has started taking his snack and going right around the corner of the kitchen to sit on the carpet to eat it. So weird! He was also sticking his finger in the baby's mouth!
His favorite entertainment -- watching the garbage truck!!
Coloring a picture I drew for him (which he patiently waited for me)
He wanted me to dump the crayons, which I rarely do b/c of the mess, but since it was his birthday, I gave in. He then proceeded to sort out the green and blue ones. He knows all his colors now,except for red. Oddly enough he even knows pink, but still can't identify red!
EXACTLY 2 years old - 1:37pm -- our camera flash flickered to adjust to the lighting, so he started to rub his eyes. I quickly snapped the picture, then left the room. He went right back to sleep.
Uncle Bri/Aunt Amber sent him a fun tool set/tool belt to go with his tool bench. He's all set now! He really enjoyed the tape measure and putting the tools in his belt.
Opening presents that night
His first piece of Thomas the Train stuff---- he was SO excited.
Opening his train whistle
Amazed when Daddy made the choo choo sound with the whistle
trying to do it himself
train track for his Thomas -- he instantly carried the box over wanting it opened
Putting the track together -- all on his own!
Then he added a piece!
